Monroe 대학교의 미션은 ‘성공적인 미래를 위해 사람들을 교육한다’ 입니다. 커리어에 맞춘 집중적인 교육을 제공함으로써 학생들이 실전 경험을 할 수 있도록 도와줍니다. 250명 이상의 풀타임 교수진이 있고, 학생 대 교수의 비율은 15:1입니다. 1년에 3학기(9-12월, 1-4월, 5-8월)로 구성되어있고, 한 학기당 15주로 진행됩니다.
